Account Deletion & Data Purge

We respect your privacy and provide transparent ways to request the removal of your account and any associated information. Below are the steps to delete your data.

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Immediate & Automatic)

If you have the Masteryo application installed on your device, you can delete your account and purge all data instantly by following these steps:

1. Open the Masteryo app.
2. On the profile selection screen, tap the Parent Portal button.
3. Enter your PIN code / pass-gate credentials.
4. In the sidebar menu, select the Security & Privacy tab.
5. Scroll down and click the Close Account button.
6. Confirm the action on the confirmation dialog.

Method 2: Web Deletion (If App is Uninstalled)

If you have uninstalled the app, you can delete your account directly through our web version at masteryo.com. The steps are identical to the in-app deletion:

1. Go to masteryo.com on any web browser.
2. On the profile selection screen, tap the Parent Portal button.
3. Log in with your parent credentials.
4. In the sidebar or top menu, select the Security & Privacy tab.
5. Scroll down and click the Close Account button.
6. Confirm the action on the confirmation dialog.

Alternatively, if you cannot log in, you can email us at support@delightek.com with the subject line "Masteryo Account Deletion Request" and we will manually delete your account within 48 hours.

What user data is deleted?

Upon receiving a deletion request (either in-app or via email support), the following data is permanently erased from our Firebase database servers:

• Your parent authentication profile (Email and credentials).
• All registered children's names, profiles, and avatars.
• Detailed gameplay logs, learning statistics, and coin balances.
• Device configuration link data.
