Account Deletion PolicyHow do I access the Parent Portal?
On the profile selection screen, look for the Parent Portal button at the bottom of the screen. You will be prompted to enter your parent account credentials to access rewards, settings, and progress logs.
I didn't receive my verification email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, open the app, log in, and click the Resend Email button on the verification screen to send a new activation link.
How do real-world rewards work?
In the Parent Portal under the Rewards tab, parents can define custom prizes (e.g., "30 minutes of video games" or "Trip to the park") and assign a coin cost. When your child earns enough coins in their dashboard, they can request to redeem them. The reward will only be deducted once the parent approves it in the portal.
Can I manage multiple children under one account?
Absolutely! You can register multiple child profiles under a single parent account. Each child gets their own individual avatar, learning map, and coin wallet.
Does the app work offline?
Masteryo requires an active internet connection to securely save learning progress, synchronize child settings, and manage rewards with the Parent Portal.
